RESTORE NATURAL SLEEP PATTERNS

My Yoga for Improved Sleep Workshops provide you with yoga tools to improve not only your sleep but also your rest, energy levels, mood, well-being and more. You will learn various steps to work with your physical body, your energy, your mind, your emotions and your natural equilibrium. You don’t need any experience of yoga to benefit from this approach and restore your natural sleep patterns.

You will learn simple yoga postures and practices for morning, evening and resting in-between as well as meditative practices to help you calm your “monkey mind” which is a recurring theme for those who have problems falling asleep and if waking in the middle of the night is what troubles you, you will be offered yoga practices to help with this too!
