"Grainne's sleep recovery class was a five week investment to learn yoga and relaxation practices that I can draw on for years to come. We learned over 24 techniques to improve our sleep. I valued the accompanying book to explain more about the theory behind the importance of sleep and what gets in the way. I enjoyed the writing exercises to help let go of the things that bother me in the night and regularly use the simple sleep sequence which stretches and relaxes my body ready for sleep. Grainne is a very experienced yoga teacher and I completely trust her guidance and gentle support. She is also really good at running classes by Zoom."
