Gently introduced me into the wonderful world of yoga

As a complete beginner (and an ‘oldie’), Grainne gently introduced me into the wonderful world of yoga. I chose her one to one programme, initially in person and later online which suited me perfectly. I have now been with Grainne for about seven years, and her yoga programme has improved my fitness, muscle strength and well-being. Different activities, hand-picked for my level of movement and strength, kept it interesting and effective. Her support and encouragement were fabulous and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
