Really enjoy the combination of Pilates and yoga
“I have been attending Grainne’s Pilates/Yoga sessions for some time and am pleased to say I have improved my posture, flexibility and core stability. I have also learnt very beneficial relaxation techniques through her precise teaching of yoga meditation, practice and poses and I really enjoy the combination of Pilates and yoga. Now that our sessions have moved online, Grainne has continued to be professional and attentive and her gentle, calming voice does carry you to a very relaxing and reassuring place, if only for a few minutes. She also doesn’t mind when the cat joins in!”
