Movement More Nuanced & Accessible
This slow, mindful approach to yoga aims to improve how you feel, inside and out. Whilst gentle enough for beginners, it is more than beginners’ yoga. Less is more with this approach because slower movement is where the strength is found. The postures and other practices are carefully sequenced for their effect on the mind, body and breath during and after the sessions. This is the art of slowing down. It is yoga for the nervous system (but you will experience a nice stretch too!).

Slow, mindful, nuanced yoga aims to improve how you feel internally as well as externally. Gentle enough for beginners, but offering so much more. Slow is the new advanced yoga and will fine-tune the nervous system whilst you enjoy a pleasant stretch.

Classes that include both slow yoga and Pilates are offered if you feel you need a little more exercise (from the Pilates component) and these hybrid classes provide the benefits of both slow mindful yoga and Pilates in one session which enables the time-deprived to gain the best elements of both practices in one place.

Specially crafted weekly chair yoga classes are offered which offer gentle movement and enable (almost) everyone to participate in yoga even if they don’t wish to move down to (or up from) a yoga mat, whatever the reason.
